Responsibilities:

• End responsible for finance
• Deputy Director
• Member Management Team, involved in day-to-day management and strategy development
• Managing finance team and international finance teams worldwide (25+fte)
• Development of financial analysis including KPI's for stragegy development and reporting to executive director, management team, sudit committee and Board of Trustees
• Planning- and control cycle, forecasts and statutory accounts
• Risk management, AO/IC, treasury and cashflow planning
• Contact person for auditors and banks
• Optimizing IT environment and company processes

NDC|VBK de uitgevers is a media company in The Netherlands and Belgium. Kosmos uitgevers is the publisher of Jamie Oliver, National Geographic travel guides and Wat & Hoe travel- and language guides.

Responsibilities:

• Member of the Executive Board: involved in day-to-day management and strategy development

1996-2001 Van Dorp Despec Groep N.V.

Van Dorp Despec Groep N.V. was a listed, international wholesale organization in computer- and office supplies and publisher of diaries, calenders and stationery under the brands Succes, Ryam and Papillon with its own logistics organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly consolidation of financial reports from approximately 20 international operating companies for Executive Board and Supervisory Board
• Involved in planning- and controlcycle, rolling forecasts and statutiory annual accounts
• Business Controller for central warehouse
• Interim controller for (international) operating companies
